The customer couldn’t get her garage door opener’s remote to work in order to open or close the door at all.
Our professional disconnected and took down the opener in order to carefully inspect it, along with the remote itself. It was found that the sensor in the remote itself was malfunctioning due to a default, so the entire remote was replaced. Once the opener was returned and connected again, testing was done to confirm the problem was solved.
