Mr. Gordon’s garage door had been slowing down lately, and he looked and thought one of the garage door tracks looked off.
We examined Mr. Gordon’s system and found that one of his garage door tracks had indeed been tweaked. After safely disconnecting the opener, cable, and springs, we brought the door down from the tracks to access them more easily. Our team determined it would be safest to replace the track entirely, and did so right away. Once the door had been returned, we tested the door’s movement.
